Is the Turbine accident a genuine malfunction or was it something else?

I was watching BBC news the other day when a report about a wind turbine caught my eye. In Lincolnshire wind farm, one of the turbine blades broke off while another blade was damaged badly. Here’s the video of the report from BBC News and ITV News.

In this video the reporter claimed that UFO enthusiasts assume it is was infact a UFO that caused the damage to the wind turbine. Most people would automatically think ‘What ever!’ but if you look at the evidence I believe it could b something with this. The report said that it could of happened from the cold or a technical malfunction, if this was true would you just find that one blade broke or would it destroy the entire structure. Here below are two examples of malfunctioned wind turbines.

The first example shows a turbine over worked, resulting in the motor and structure to explode and fall down. Where as the second example shows the turbine bursting into flames from over working, in research these are the only two malfunctioning things I have found, making me think something did crash into this turbine. If a plane of some sort crashed into the turbine then the plane would have wreckage next to the turbine, what ever hit it must have been made from a very strong material – UFO maybe?

The report from this incident came out a few days later explaining that it was caused by a rusty bolt, is this true or are the MOD hiding something todo with this. they managed to asses the situation extremely quickly and send out a report to the public, i think there hiding the true story.
